Today, my account online still states that I am subscribed to both home delivery and digital services. Fortunately, I took screen shots of that history before it was removed. My account history, which listed payments from my Visa account, has recently been removed from the LSJ website. I have requested the phone number of the Billing Dept but it cannot be provided. This brings me to their Help Line where I am told, once again, that my problem will be forwarded to the Billing department. ![]() The phone number provided to return their calls is always the number mentioned above. I have missed two phone calls from LSJ since then. I have been assured each time that the problem will be forwarded to their "Billing" department and that the Billing department will contact me. I have had at least 6 conversations with their Help Line/ customer services since that time. The only phone number available to LSJ customers is ************. I only recently discovered this over-charge for services I am no longer receiving and I started phoning LSJ. I occasionally was credited for unneeded paper delivery when I travelled out of town. I estimate that I have been over-charged by Monthly home delivery is $57.01 and digital services are $7.99. I have found that although my home delivery of the newspaper stopped, LSJ continued to charge home delivery services to my Visa account up through March of 2021. Payment for my subscription was electronic through my Visa credit card account. In October 2020, I changed subscription to the Lansing State Journal (LSJ) from home delivery 7 days per week to digital services only.
